The Conrail Swing Bridge is a rail bridge crossing the Hackensack near Laurel Hill Park that rotates on a central pivot point in the middle of the river to open for boats. The rail line was taken out of service in 2003, and is no longer active, so the bridge was left open, for river traffic.
