William Keddell is a stereo-photographer from Florida, and was a resident in Wendover in 2010. Long fascinated with aerial photography, he brought his newly acquired “powered parachute” to Wendover to develop a method for making low-altitude three-dimensional aerial images. After a number of weeks he succeeded, and has since made additional trips to Wendover to continue his work.
