Piet Trantel, an artist and researcher from Germany, who works as an entity known as Life Service, was a resident at Wendover in 2001. A serious walker and journeyist, he explored the region extensively on foot, meeting people and traveling deeply into the flats. The body of work he assembled was published as "Global Entropy Research."
